Q:  What is Keykart?

A:  Keykart is an integration package that works with Keystroke POS software to integrate your brick and mortar store to the VPASP shopping cart software on the web.  The Keykart software is installed and configured on your store computer to update your website with the most recent Keystroke inventory information.  It also allows you to download, process, and import your orders from the web. 

 

Q:  Is Keykart secure?

A:  Keykart uses SSL for all data communications between your online store and your Brick and Mortar Store.

 

Q:  When updating the online database will products be available on the website.

A:  Your online store will be available 24 hours per day, even during  updates.

 

Q:  Where can I get a demo of the Keykart software?

A:  Contact your local Keystroke POS dealer for a Keykart demo.  If you do not have a local dealer please contact Keykart to find one in your area.

 

Q: Do I need any additional Keystroke POS modules to run Keykart?

A: You will need the Keystroke Version 6 and the user bundle to import transactions.

 

Q:  Do I need a high speed internet connection at my store.

A:  A high speed internet connection with a static IP address is recommended for reliability and security.

 

Q:  Can I process credit cards with Keykart. 

A:  Yes, Keykart can be used with hundreds of online payment gateways including Paypal and Authorize.net.

 

Q:  Can I track customer sales history with Keykart?

A:  Yes, because data is imported into Keystroke POS you can use the customer activity reports to view customer sales history
